Broccoli Slaw Ingredients
- Broccoli slaw mix: You should be able to find a bag of broccoli slaw at most grocery stores in the produce section.

Tips & Variations
- The addition of some sweetened cranberries and walnuts would elevate the flavor and texture of this slaw.
- Refrigeration is key for this salad. I recommend leaving it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but a longer chill time will allow all of the ingredients to meld together. I love to let the slaw soak up the dressing as much as possible!
- Add additional vegetables, like green, yellow, and red bell peppers, or toss in crunchy sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans.
- For a burst of sweetness, you can add dried fruit to your slaw. Some ideas include dried cranberries, dates, apricots, or golden raisins.
- For a vegan recipe for broccoli slaw dressing, swap the dairy-based mayo for your favorite vegan alternative.
- You can replace the sugar with a low-carb sweetener to make this a keto-friendly recipe.
How to Store Broccoli Slaw
- To Store: Store leftover broccoli slaw in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. It’s also best to store it in the refrigerator between servings to keep it as fresh and crisp as possible.
- You can double or even triple the dressing and store the extras in a mason jar in the fridge for later use.
