- Prepare The Potato: Cut the sweet potato in half and then each half into 4 equal wedges for a total of 8.
- Season: Whisk together the spices and sprinkle over the sweet potato wedges. Top with oil and toss to coat.
- Cook: Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy.
