Yum! These look great. I haven’t had much success baking with almond meal and oat flour, I find them kinda finicky depending on what else you add. These look pretty easy and straightforward! The frosting looks great too!
Tried these last night and they are excellent. I always remove the shells from my chickpeas before working with them to get the batter a little smoother. If we leave them in the oven another 2 minutes or so, would that help getting them to firm up a little more? Mine were crumbling apart as I’d take a bite.

I love instant pot because it gives nice meals with simple and easy recipes. Lots of great recipes come from instapot. My friends love them much with taste. Thanks for your sharing these.
Only note is for the current consumed: the pressure cookers are usually put on the stove, not electric, so be careful, for the reasons we have indicated in review, not to overdo it with their use: we recommend it to those who do an intense use of Slow Cooker and a sporadic use of the pressure cooker, also because otherwise you would be forced to buy two different pots.
With this you do everything with one!
