Hi dear, I really think it is very nice that you are open to the Mexican culture and you appreciate it so much. I am Mexican, and I’ve lived in Mexico my whole life. I think you should call this food “Tex-mex” instead of Mexican, because we don’t eat that here. I don’t mean to offend you, I just think we should differentiate food with Mexican influence and Mexican food. I hope you have a great Cinco de mayo this year and if you ever come to Mexico, you enjoy Mexican food as much as the burritos.
