This recipe comes together quickly in just 15 minutes of prep. It’s so easy to gather the ingredients and layer them in a casserole. Then, simply pop in the oven to bake!
- Brown the ground beef with the chopped onions and garlic. Add garlic salt and taco seasoning to the meat and stir. Stir in the beans, corn, and chilies. Stir until heated through.
- Fill the bottom of a prepared pan with corn chips. Spoon the meat mixture over the chips.
- Drop the sour cream by spoonfuls over the meat mixture, spread around. Pour salsa over the sour cream.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning (or your favorite taco seasoning package)
- 4 ounce can green chilies
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn frozen
- 2 cups sour cream
- 24 oz jar of salsa your favorite style
- 9.25 oz bag corn chips (reserve out ½ cup for topping if desired)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Optional serving toppings: Olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, green onions, additional sour cream, crushed corn chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the chopped onions and garlic. Drain off any extra grease.
- Add the garlic salt and taco seasoning to the meat and stir to mix.
- Stir in the beans, corn and green chilies and stir until heated through. Set aside.
- Spray the bottom of a 9×13 pan with nonstick spray.
- Fill the bottom of the pan with corn chips.
- Spoon the ground beef mixture over the chips.
