This no-bake Booty Dip recipe is addictively delicious! With a creamy cheesecake texture combined with the sweet taste of marshmallow fluff, this easy dessert dip pairs perfectly with fresh fruit, crackers, cookies, or any of your favorite dippers (including your finger!).
Booty Dip Recipe
With nothing to cook and only 5 minutes needed, our easy Booty Dip recipe takes the original viral TikTok version and gives it a few tweaks to make it taste even better! I’ve reduced the amount of cream cheese so it’s not so tangy, doubled the brown sugar (similar to my chocolate chip cookie dough dip), and added a splash of vanilla.
This easy dessert dip is based on the original viral TikTok recipe (not to be confused with those barbell booty dips for glutes!), but don’t let the name scare you! No need to step on the scale because unless you eat the entire bowl, your behind will not become bigger!!
Booty Dip Ingredients
- Cream cheese: You can use either a container of whipped cream cheese or a block of cream cheese. The whipped cream cheese will have a fluffy texture, whereas the block cream cheese will have a creamier texture. Make sure to use room-temperature cream cheese to make mixing with the other ingredients easier.
- Marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff
- Light brown sugar: Swap out the light brown sugar with honey or maple syrup for a natural sweetener alternative.
- Vanilla extract: Vanilla will help offset the tang of the cream cheese.
- Cool whip, whipped topping, or homemade whipped cream
- Mini chocolate chips: Feel free to use peanut butter, white chocolate, or butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips.
See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.
How to Make Booty Dip
- Make The Mixture: Beat the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in the cool whip and chocolate chips.
- Serve: Sprinkle with more chocolate chips and serve immediately with your favorite dipping snacks. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
Delicious Dippers: Choose your favorite finger foods for dipping, like strawberries, chocolate chip cookies, Nilla Wafers, Oreos, sliced apples, pretzels, graham crackers, animal crackers, or any sweet or savory snack.
Skip The Dip: Instead of using this spread as a dip, you can use it as a creamy filling for cookie sandwiches or use it to frost a cake, cupcakes, cookies, or brownies. It even tastes delicious as a spread for toast and bagels.
Tips & Variations
- Cut The Calories: You can replace the regular cream cheese and Cool Whip with reduced-fat cream cheese and Cool Whip for a lighter version.
- Make It With Mix-Ins: Sweet dip recipes are the perfect base for adding your favorite mix-ins. Stir in colorful sprinkles to make a Sugar Cookie Dip, some cocoa powder to create a Hot Chocolate Dip, Funfetti cake mix to mimic my Funfetti Dip (aka Dunkaroo Dip), or hazelnut spread (like my Nutella Dip). For extra crunch, mix in M&M’s, chopped nuts, crushed candy (like my Candy Cane Dip and Twix Dip), or cookie crumbles.
How To Soften Cream Cheese
The best way to soften your cream cheese is by keeping it in the package for a few hours at room temperature. However, you can carefully heat it up in the microwave (be sure to remove the wrapper first!) in increments of 20 seconds at a lower power. If you don’t soften your cream cheese, your dip will come out lumpy.
Proper Storage
- To Store: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. As with any recipe using cream cheese, this must be refrigerated to prevent it from spoiling.
- To Freeze: Do not freeze this dip. The texture will be grainy when thawed.
- Make Ahead: Prepare the dip according to the recipe, cover it tightly with plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container, and refrigerate it for 1-2 days.
