Dole Whip Boozy Popsicles
Our Boozy Dole Whip Popsicles are a cool combination of my Boozy Dole Whip frozen cocktail and my kid-friendly Dole Whip Popsicles – they take the best of both recipes and merge them into a revised rendition of adult-only alcohol infused treats.
My latest version of boozy pineapple dole whip pops is prepared without vanilla ice cream, sweetened condensed milk, or frozen pineapple chunks; instead it’s made with a mixture of pineapple juice, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and Malibu pineapple rum.
While I love sipping on a frozen fruity cocktail through a straw or eating a copycat Dole Whip with a spoon, there’s something fun about a snack served on a stick that makes me feel like a kid again!
Refreshingly cool and creamy with a sweet and tropical flavor, pineapple popsicles are the perfect way to beat the summer heat.

Tips For Making The Best Boozy Dole Whip Pops
- Use a high quality 100% pineapple juice for this recipe. Don’t have partial pineapple juice. Be sure to shake the pineapple juice very well, as it will likely have pulp inside.
- These popsicles will melt quicker than usual when left at room temperature or higher due to the alcohol. Be sure to keep popsicles over ice when enjoying.
- When pulling these popsicles from the mold, be sure to wiggle the popsicle back and forth a bit to better release them.
- This recipe works best when chilled overnight.
- This mold comes with popsicle sticks and was used inside the recipe.
How to Store Boozy Dole Whip Pops
I like to individually wrap the fully frozen popsicles with plastic wrap and then store them all together in a large freezer bag. They will keep in the freezer for up to three months.
