How to Make A Charcuterie Board With Burrata
It is so quick and easy to prepare a burrata plate at home, served in the center of the best cheese board snacks. It’s the perfect party appetizer or dish to share for summer entertaining and outdoor dining.
- Prepare The Cheese: Cut an X into the burrata, open it up, and place in a shallow dish in the center of the board.
- Assemble: Arrange the meats, fruits, and veggies around the burrata and surround it with crostini or crackers. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the burrata cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pro Tip: You could also serve the crackers on a separate dish. - Serve: Scatter fresh basil leaves around the board and serve. Enjoy!

- To Store: The burrata board can be enjoyed for up to 2 hours at room temperature before it needs to be refrigerated. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Burrata Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 8 oz (2 4oz) burrata cheeses
- 1 pint strawberries stem on, sliced in half
- 12 slices bresaola (cured beef) similar to prosciutto
- 6 slices prosciutto thin
- 4 slices genoa salami thin
- 4 slices soppressata thin
- 4 peaches pits removed and sliced
- 4 ounces sugar snap peas
- 12 crostinis or crackers
- 2 ounces fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Cut an X into the burrata cheese and place in a shallow dish for the center of the board. Open up the burrata cheeses.
- In separate sections surrounding the burrata, lay the strawberries, peaches, sugar snap peas, bresaola, prosciutto, salami and soppressata. (To save on room, i mixed the prosciutto with the salami and soppressata)
- Surround the shallow dish of burrata with the crostinis or crackers. ( You could also serve them on another dish)
- Dizzle the olive oil and balsamic over the burrata cheese and sprinkle with the salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
- Scatter the fresh basil leaves around and serve.
