In separate sections surrounding the burrata, lay the strawberries, peaches, sugar snap peas, bresaola, prosciutto, salami and soppressata. (To save on room, i mixed the prosciutto with the salami and soppressata)
Surround the shallow dish of burrata with the crostinis or crackers. ( You could also serve them on another dish)
Dizzle the olive oil and balsamic over the burrata cheese and sprinkle with the salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Scatter the fresh basil leaves around and serve.
Notes
Storage:The burrata board can be enjoyed for up to 2 hours at room temperature before it needs to be refrigerated. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.Tips:
Get creative with the fruits, veggies, or meats on the board. Use whatever you love or have available to you.
I highly suggest drizzling the burrata with the olive oil and balsamic glaze.
