How to Make Dunkin Omelet Bites
- Make The Egg Mixture: Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Distribute the peppers, onions, and meat evenly into the muffin cups. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, about ⅔- ¾ full, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly golden.

- ¼ cup diced cooked bacon or sausage cooked and crumbled -or- diced ham
- ¼ cup freshly shredded mild cheddar cheese you can substitute sharp cheddar, Monterey jack cheese, or even shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a donut-shaped muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.4 large eggs, ¼ cup milk, ½ teaspoon table salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
