Ingredients
- 1 cup of Pancake Mix
- 1 cup of Water
- ¾ cup of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix pancake mix, water, pumpkin puree, vanilla and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
- Warm waffle maker and spray lightly cooking spray.
- Pour pancake batter into hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Enjoy!

These turned out amazing!!!! I used pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon and added white chocolate chips.
