These Snickerdoodle cookie truffles are my family’s favorite finger food, with their soft and creamy filling that’s flavored like a combination of cookie dough and icing.
A white chocolate coating on the outside of an Oreo cheesecake makes these truffles taste like a frosted cookie without all the work.

How to Make Snickerdoodle Truffles
- Make The Middle Mixture: Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and combine them with the cream cheese, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Form Truffle Balls: Scoop the mixture into balls, roll them smooth, and place them on a baking sheet. Chill in the freezer until firm. (Image 1)
- Melt: Microwave the almond bark in 30-second intervals until smooth and melted.
Pro Tip: Be sure to stir between each heating so the bark doesn’t seize up. - Dip And Decorate: Dip each ball into the white chocolate (Images 2 & 3) and place it back onto the parchment paper. Quickly add sprinkles to the top before the chocolate sets (Image 4).

How to Soften Cream Cheese
I recommend you take your cream cheese out of the refrigerator for at least an hour before making your truffle mixture. Allowing it to soften to room temperature makes for the creamiest of fillings.
If you can’t let it soften over time, you can unwrap the package and microwave it on a plate in 15-second intervals, turning often, until soft. Be sure not to overheat it, or it will melt.

- You can use a cookie scoop to make rolling these easier.
- You can crush the Oreos by hand using a rolling pin but ensure no large cookie pieces are left.

Snickerdoodle Truffles
Ingredients
- 8 ounces package cream cheese softened
- 14.3 ounces package of golden Oreos
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound white almond bark
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add your softened cream cheese.
- Crush up your oreos into a fine crumb in your food processor.
- To the cream cheese add your oreo crumbs, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Using an electric mixer stir to combine.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and set on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the tray with the truffles into the freezer to chill, this will make dipping much easier.
- When ready to dip melt the almond bark in 30 second intervals in the microwave until smooth and melted.
- Dip each ball into the white chocolate and using 2 forks shake off any excess chocolate and place back onto the parchment paper.
- If you want to add sprinkles to the top do so right after dipping as the chocolate will set quickly.
- Serve!

These were easy and quick to make and just the same in eating them. I need to make more! Yummy!!๐
These truffles are dangerously good! I had to give half of them away for fear I was going to eat them all in one sitting. They didn’t last long in my house.
