Ingredients

ounces
package cream cheese
softened
14.3
ounces
package of golden Oreos
2
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
pound
white almond bark
Sprinkles
optional
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add your softened cream cheese.
Crush up your oreos into a fine crumb in your food processor.
To the cream cheese add your oreo crumbs, cinnamon and vanilla.
Using an electric mixer stir to combine.
Roll into 1 inch balls and set on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Place the tray with the truffles into the freezer to chill, this will make dipping much easier.
When ready to dip melt the almond bark in 30 second intervals in the microwave until smooth and melted.
Dip each ball into the white chocolate and using 2 forks shake off any excess chocolate and place back onto the parchment paper.
If you want to add sprinkles to the top do so right after dipping as the chocolate will set quickly.

Storage:
To Store: Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
To Freeze: Freeze your truffles, well-wrapped and in a freezer-safe bag or container, for 2 months.
Tips:
You can use a cookie scoop to make rolling these easier.
You can crush the Oreos by hand using a rolling pin but make sure there are no large cookie pieces left.
Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature to help avoid cream cheese lumps in the truffle dough.
