Ingredients
- 16 ounce store-bought pizza dough
- 6 cups water (plus 1 tablespoon) divided
- ⅔ cup baking soda
- 1 egg yolk lightly beaten
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Prepare a baking sheet lined with paper towels
