Sub Sandwich in a Bowl is a low-carb, keto-friendly meal made with your favorite sandwich ingredients, minus the bread! Easy to customize with various cold cuts, cheeses, toppings, and condiments.
Jersey Mike Sub in a Tub
Our easy keto Sub Sandwich in a Bowl recipe skips the roll and serves the low-carb contents in a bowl with a fork instead of between the slices like a handheld hoagie.
Just like the TikTok famous Jersey Mike Sub in a Tub, this low carb Italian salad recipe has no rules: it takes all the flavors of a classic Italian sub sandwich and lets you build your own bowl with your favorite combination of deli meats, cheese, veggies, and dressing.
Similar to my Cheeseburger Salad that tastes like a Big Mac without the bun, this Italian sub in a bowl is fresher than Subway’s sub in a tub and even more satisfying than its fast-food counterpart!
