Spray an 8x8 pan with nonstick spray and line it with a sheet of parchment paper.
Place your chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Pour the condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
Place the bowl in the microwave in 30-second increments stirring every 30-seconds until the chocolate is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan and smooth it out with a rubber spatula.
Place the fudge in the fridge until it sets up, about 2-3 hours.
Remove the fudge from the pan and cut them into squares.

Notes
Storage:
To Store: It is best if eaten within 3-4 days if stored at room temperature or in the fridge for up to two weeks
To Freeze: You can store your fudge wrapped tightly and placed in a freezer safe bag or container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Tips:
Make sure you use sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk).
I like to line my pan with parchment paper so I can lift out the fudge and cut on a cutting board instead of in the pan.
Be careful not to over cook your fudge or it will become grainy.
