Carefully place the corn in the hot Air Fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the corn is cooked through and slightly browned on the edges.
Remove from the Air Fryer and rub butter to taste evenly over the corn.
Serve hot.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: Cooked corn on the cob can be wrapped and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
To Freeze: The kernels can be removed from the cob and frozen for 6-8 months.
To Reheat: The corn can be reheated while frozen or thawed first. Keep in mind that the texture of the corn may change after being stored and reheated but it will work well in soups, casseroles and other recipes.
Tips:
Cooking Corn: I used large ears of corn for this recipe. If you have a smaller air fryer, you can cut the corn in half and cook for the same amount of time in the air fryer.
Vegan Version: You can use olive oil or avocado oil in place of the butter and leave out the parmesan cheese to make this a dairy-free recipe.
Season Or Spice: Feel free to add some extra seasoning or spices to your butter mixture, like dried thyme, smoked paprika, or dried basil.
Grab A Garnish: Butter, bacon, queso fresco, Parmesan, lime, parsley, cilantro, and chili can all be will all taste delicious on top of your corn.
