Place a sheet of parchment paper on a rimmed cookie sheet.
Open canned biscuits and place on prepared sheet.
Use a donut hole cutter to cut out he center of each biscuit.
Next, in a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.
Spray your air fryer basket with non-aerosol cooking spray then place 4 donuts in the basket. Avoid the biscuits touching.
Set air fryer to 360°F for 3 minutes.
Remove air fried donuts then immediately brush with melted butter and dredge in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Set on parchment paper lined sheet.
Repeat for remaining 4 biscuits.
Finally, place all 8 biscuit holes in air fryer basket, setting the timer for a total of 2 minutes, turning halfway through cook time. Dip in better and dredge in cinnamon mixture.
Notes
You can store leftover doughnuts in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two. But good luck having any left-over!
