After using the Air Fryer for Turkey Breast, you will never want to use the regular oven again-it’s delicious, soft on the inside, and crispy on the outside.
Combine the softened butter, garlic salt, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in a shallow bowl. Stir together until fully incorporated.
Generously coat the turkey breast with the seasoned butter (I used my hands, but you can use a firm pastry brush or a spoon). Place turkey in the air fryer, skin side down.
Cook for 15-25 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This time will be really dependent on the size of your turkey breast (I used a 3 pound turkey breast and it took me about 50 minutes total).
Let rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the air fryer and slicing.
Plate and serve with minced parsley as a garnish, optional.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: Place any leftovers in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To Freeze: You can freeze leftovers for 1-2 months. Do so, in a freezer safe bag or airtight container, once the turkey has fully cooled.
To Reheat: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating. You can reheat in the air fryer for a great crunch!
