Wrap a slice of bacon around each date.

Bake for 12 minutes. Then flip them over and drizzle the remaining honey on top. Continue to bake for 10-13 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Notes
Storage:
To Store:
Store your bacon wrapped dates in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
To Reheat:
Reheat in the oven or microwave until heated through.
Tips:
Feel free to secure the bacon with a toothpick. You can serve your dates with the toothpicks intact, or remove them for a more polished presentation.
Make sure to flip the dates as they cook so that the bacon becomes crispy on all sides.
You can find dates in either the produce section of the grocery store in a carton or in a bag near the raisins and prunes.
To save time, you can use pre-pitted dates.
