4teaspoonssoft brown sugar
1½cups heavy cream
4ouncesbaileys
Optional garnish
Powdered cocoa/hot chocolate
Shaved chocolate
Instructions
Make a pot of coffee (enough for 4 cups )
In 4 separate glasses pour in 1.5 oz of whiskey.
Pour the coffee into each glass leaving at least 2’ at the top.
Stir in 1 tsp of soft brown sugar into each glass.
In a jug whisk together the heavy cream and baileys. Whisk until it has a thick consistency if you want to pour it over the top. Whisk until stiff peaks if you want a whipped cream topping.
If pouring the heavy cream on top, place a teaspoon upside down on top of the glass. The tip of the spoon needs to be just above the coffee and touching the inside of the glass. Slowly pour the heavy cream over the back of the spoon.
If you are using the whipped cream version, you can spoon the whipped cream on top or use a piping bag with a tip for decorating.
Garnish with powdered cocoa/hot chocolate or shaved chocolate.

I love serving my coffee in glass footed mugs. The layers make such a pretty presentation.
