Ingredients
Brie
Refrigerated crescent dough
1
egg
Cranberry Sauce or Apricot preserves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut brie into small cubes (approx. 1/4-1/2 inch cubes).
Unroll crescent rolls onto a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat. Separate into triangles. Cut them in half so you have about 16 triangles.
Place 1 brie cube at the long base of the triangle and roll the dough to make a crescent around the cube.
Seal the sides of the dough by pinching the ends together.
Place on a cookie sheet on top of parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
Break an egg in a small dish, add 1 tsp of water and whisk to combine. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush egg wash over each mini crescent.
Cook for approx. 5 - 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve with a side of apricot preserves or cranberry sauce for dipping
