Bunny Butt Cookie Dip is the cutest dessert for Easter. Made in minutes with minimal ingredients, this no bake sweet treat is an adorable appetizer that pairs perfectly with your favorite sweet and savory snacks for dipping.
Before adding the cake mix, it is important to heat treat the dry cake mix. Pour the dry cake mix into a medium size heat-safe bowl. Microwave the cake mix in two 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval. Allow the cake mix to cool completely before mixing into the cream cheese.
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, white chocolate chips, sprinkles,, cake mix, and vanilla
Mix ingredients together until well combined
Separate the cream cheese mixture into the following sizes: one large ball (body), two medium size balls (feet), one small ball (tail)
Roll each cream cheese ball into shaved white chocolate.
Use the large ball for the bunny butt, the two medium size balls for the feet slightly oval shaped and the small ball for the tail.
Carefully flatten the feet and make them in a slight oval shape to make them look realistic
Gently press four M&Ms into each one of the feet
Serve with cookies, pretzels of your choice. Enjoy!
Notes
Storage:
To Store: You can store the cheese ball covered in your refrigerator for a few days.
Tips:
I like to assemble the bunny butt right on the serving platter so that I won’t have to move it.
Cover your dip with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator if you are not serving right away.
You can use toothpicks to hold the tail and feet in place if they are not sticking to the body.
