Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups have all of the flavors of your favorite Chicken Alfredo recipe rolled inside noodles, smothered in sauce, and covered with cheese. It's the perfect dinner that even the pickiest eaters will love!
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning until well mixed.
Lay your cooked lasagna noodles out flat and using a spoon, spread an even layer of the chicken mixture along each noodle until thoroughly and evenly coated.
Starting at one end, roll the noodle up and place it into your 8x8 baking dish with the end of the noodle on the bottom so that it holds its shape. Repeat with all 6 noodles.
Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the noodles and sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella cheese over them.
Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted.
Top with chopped parsley and serve warm.
