Churro French Toast Rolls are filled with delicious dessert flavors but served as a sweet breakfast or brunch food. This quick and easy recipe makes it fun to eat with your fingers (no fork needed)!
Cut the crust off the bread, then roll each piece out with a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and add the milk and vanilla.
Melt the butter in a large saute pan .
Dip each roll in the eggs and coat all sides.
Place the rolls in the hot butter and cook all sides.
Combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
Remove the rolls from the pan and roll each French toast roll in the cinnamon sugar.

Storage:
To Store: Store any left over rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To Freeze: Once cooked, place rolls on a lined sheet pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer bag. Keep frozen for up to 2 months.
To Reheat: To reheat, I recommend placing these in the oven for about 10 minutes. You can also microwave until hot.
