This copycat Sonic Slush recipe is so quick and easy to make at home with minimal effort. Cold, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients
4
cups
ice water
(3 cups of water and add ice until you are at 4 cups on your measuring cup)
⅔
cup
sugar

tablespoon
powdered drink mix
(this is about 2 small packets)
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender in the following order: Ice water, sugar, and powdered drink mix.
Blend on high until smooth
Pour into your favorite drink cups and enjoy!
You can also top with whipped cream, cherries, or ice cream
Notes
Storage:
To Store: These Copycat Sonic Slushes will keep for about 3 hours in the refrigerator before all the ice melts.
To Freeze: These are best served right away instead of frozen for later.
Tips:
Serve your Sonic Slushes right after making to avoid melting, especially in warm weather.
