Dole Popsicles are a quick and easy copycat of Disney's Dole Whip frozen tropical treat. You can make these pineapple popsicles at home in 5 minutes without traveling to a theme park.
20ounceDole Crushed Pineapple in heavy syrupdo not drain
⅓cuppineapple juice
¼cupsweetened condensed milk
¼cupheavy cream
Instructions
Add the un-drained crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream to a blender.
Pulse 5 - 7 times before blending on high for 2 - 2 ½ minutes, or until completely smooth.
Use a funnel or a spoon to fill 4 ounce popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for 4 hours to overnight. Eat while frozen.
Notes
Storage:Store any leftover popsicles in the freezer for up to 3 months. You can wrap each popsicle in plastic wrap and store them inside an airtight container or gallon size freezer bag.Tips:
You can substitute 2 cups of frozen pineapple for the crushed pineapple.
You can use ½ cup of vanilla ice cream to replace the heavy cream and the sweetened condensed milk.
If you don’t have 4 ounce popsicle molds, you can use 10 - 2.4 to 2.5 ounce popsicle molds.
