Place the steamer rack in the Instant Pot and add in the water. (You should have received this with your Instant Pot)
Place your eggs inside in a single layer. (or you can use an Instant Pot egg rack see link above)
Place the lid back on and be sure to lock it.
Set the Instant Pot to steam and make sure the steam vent is sealed.
Press manual mode twice to turn off the keep warm function then set to low pressure for 10 minutes.
While the eggs are cooking, get the ice bath ready. You want to have this ready so you can transfer the eggs as soon as they are done cooking in the Instant Pot. Just get a bowl large enough for a dozen eggs plus about 4 cups of cold water with ice.
Once the cook cycle is complete, open your Instant Pot valve with a quick release.
Unlock and remove the lid.
Using a pair of tongs, carefully transfer all of the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water.
Let the eggs to cool for about 3 minutes or until they are cool enough to handle.
