Melt the white melting wafers in a small heat-safe bowl according to the package directions.
Dip the top of each cone into the white chocolate about an inch down and then hold the cone above the bowl to allow the excess to drip back into the bowl.
Quickly sprinkle each white-covered cone top with red and blue sprinkles over a small plate to catch the sprinkles that fall. Place them upright in heavy cups or bowls to serve as a holder for the cones. Place them in your refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the white chocolate to harden.
Once the white chocolate has hardened, layer your fruit between layers of yogurt, ending with fruit on top.

Storage:
To Store: Fruit and yogurt can be stored in your refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days. The chocolate dipped cones can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
Tips:
These fruit cones should be served chilled. They can also be served at room temperature, however, do not leave them at room temperature for more than 30 minutes due to the yogurt in the cone.
Feel free to chop the strawberries to fit more fruit into your cones.
