Peeps S'mores
Peeps S'mores is a quick and easy to make a batch of indoor s’mores in bulk. Colorful marshmallows add a fun twist to the traditional treat--perfect for an Easter party.

Ingredients
- 16 graham cracker halves (~ 1 sleeve of graham crackers), divided
- 4.25 ounce Hershey’s Symphony Chocolate Bar divided
- 3.5 ounce package Easter Bunny Peeps divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to high broil (500 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Place 8 graham cracker squares on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- Place 2 rectangles of chocolate on each graham cracker square.
- Top each chocolate square with a peeps bunny.
- Place the baking sheet in your oven for 30-60 seconds or until the peeps begin to brown slightly and have expanded.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and press one of the remaining graham cracker squares onto each of the hot bunnies.
- Serve warm.
Alternative Instructions:
- Place 8 graham cracker squares on a large, microwave safe plate.
- Place 2 rectangles of chocolate on each graham cracker square.
- Top each chocolate square with a peeps bunny.
- Place the plate in the microwave and microwave on high for 30-60 seconds, or until the chocolate has softened and the peeps have expanded.
- Remove the plate from the microwave and press one of the remaining graham cracker squares onto each of the hot bunnies.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Storage:
- To Store: These Peeps S’mores are best enjoyed warm, right after they are prepared. If you do have leftovers, be sure to wrap them well or store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They will last 1-2 days and can be eaten at room temperature (obviously the chocolate won’t be soft).
- To Reheat: You can be reheat the s'mores in the same method as originally used, either in the oven or microwave.
- You can make as many s'mores at once as you can fit on your cookie sheet!
- S'mores are best when served immediately, while the chocolate and marshmallows are still warm and gooey!
- I like to line the bottom of my baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
