Our Classic Deviled Eggs recipe is an easy recipe with just a few simple ingredients like mayo, mustard, paprika and of course the perfect hard-boiled eggs!
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Use a small spoon to scoop out the yolk into a mixing bowl. Set aside the whites for later use.
Mash the yolks along with the mayo, dijon mustard plus salt and pepper. Once it's well mixed, fill a pastry bag with a Wilton 4B tip and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
After you have filled the eggs, you can garnish with chives.

Notes
Tip 1: It all starts with the egg! Make sure to read the above section on how to make the perfect hard-boiled eggs. This is a game-changer when it comes to making deviled eggs.Tip 2: Using a pastry bag or a plastic bag and cutting off the tip is the best way for filling your eggs. I highly recommend this. You could try to use a spoon but it won’t turn out looking as nice and usually makes for a huge mess.Tip 3: Find yourself an egg platter to hold your eggs! Seriously this thing is a lifesaver when making deviled eggs, and the best part is that you can store the eggs in thereafter they are filled and serve them in the egg platter as well. You can find them super cheap, too!Tip 4:Make sure to serve the deviled eggs nice and cold. If they are sitting out (such as a potluck) it’s a good idea to have them sitting over ice. This will keep them nice and cold.
