Ingredients
1
cup
baby potatoes
cut in half
1
cup
Cherry tomato
1
bunch
asparagus
2
tablespoons
olive oil
divided
1
teaspoon
Montreal steak seasoning
2-3
top sirloin steak
patted dry (about 1 inch)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to broil.
Oil a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Pour the rest of the oil on the vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, and asparagus)
Sprinkle the steak with the Montreal Steak seasoning, and place on the baking sheet in a single layer. Add the potatoes.
Place into oven on the top rack and broil until the steak is browned about 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, turn the steak on the other side, add the asparagus and tomatoes to the baking sheet. Return to the oven.
Continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes, or the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Season to taste and serve immediately.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for about 3 days.
Tips:
Feel free to use cast iron to cook the steak in the oven. A cast iron will help to create a nice crust on the outside of the steak while it cooks.
If you're looking for a heartier dish, try adding some sliced mushrooms or onions to the baking sheet.
