Notes
Storage:
To Store: Place any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
To Reheat: Reheat your hot chocolate in a sauce pan or in the microwave.
Tips:
If you'd rather this drink not be green or “Grinchy”, simply omit the green food coloring and use this same recipe to make a white hot chocolate.
Instead of melting white chocolate and adding green food coloring, you can melt green candy melts instead.
You can make this drink ahead of time if you are serving it at a holiday party. Simply place it in the fridge and when ready to serve, just warm it up. It will stiffen up when placed in the fridge but will become liquid again when it’s reheated.
