Golden Grahams S'mores Bars are the best bite of a crunchy Rice Krispie treat combined with the flavors of the classic campfire s'more sandwich. It is so easy to bring the fun indoors and make this sweet treat in 5 minutes -- no fire needed!
331grambox Golden Graham(8 cups) reserve some for topping
750gram(3 250-gram) bags mini marshmallowsdivided
⅔cupsmini chocolate chipsdivided
Instructions
Prepare a 7x11 dish with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
Add 2 250-gram bags of mini marshmallows and heat until almost fully melted, then remove from the burner.
Add about ½ to 2/3 of the last bag of marshmallows, reserving the rest for the top, and mix.
Pour in almost all Golden Grahams and stir to mix.
Stir in 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips and mix again.
Place mixture into greased pan and lightly flatten with parchment paper. Tip: you can spray the parchment paper with non-stick spray to ensure they will not stick when forming.
Sprinkle any remaining marshmallows, Golden Grahams, and chocolate chips desired and again lightly press down.
Allow to cool completely before cutting with a sharp knife. Tip: spraying the knife with some non-stick spray will make cutting easier

Storage:Store these bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.Tips:
Keep the burner on low so you do not overheat the marshmallows. If your rush the melting process, you’ll end up with hard, inedible treats. Be patient and keep stirring the marshmallows until they completely melt and come together in a sticky mixture.
I like to reserve a portion of the cereal, chocolate chips, and marshmallows to sprinkle on top of these bars at the end--it not only makes them prettier, but they don’t melt into the hot mixture.
Be sure to let these Golden Graham S'mores completely cool before cutting them into squares so they properly set up.
You can spray the knife with non-stick spray to make cutting the bars much easier.
